Categories are used to primarily sort the post by a unifying theme. More to the point, categories are used to provide the primary Scripture reference for the post. So, if one wants to find what is written from John 1 as a primary reference, select that category. All posts that begin from John 1 will be provided.

Tags provide other correlating information contained within each article. There may be secondary and tertiary themes discussed. The Scripture references in the tags are those that have been cited within the particular article. Using the xample of John 1 above, selecting that tag will show all post where passage was quoted from John 1, and not just as the primary reference.

Citations…

Every attempt is made to provide citations to proper sources. Some ideas I will leave for your own edification in research.

I use the Modern English Version of the Bible. Scripture quotes with no cited source will be from the Logos edition of the Modern English Version (Thinline Edition, Lake Mary, FL: Passio, 2014.)
